Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (or click the cart icon in the top right corner of the website).

You can select shipping options and gift options during checkout, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses. You can also review your order before it has finalized and make the changes you like. After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window. The confirmation message includes an order number.

Within 24 hours, you receive an order confirmation email, which shows the same order number and links to your order status page on the website. You can check the status of your order anytime by signing into your account.

When your purchase has been shipped from our shop, you'll receive a second email with tracking details. For more information on order tracking, see "Track your order."

Items will be charged to your selected payment method once you place your order. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured that you will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify cust.serv@thelarimarshop.com immediately, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Kindly note that once you receive your final confirmation email with tracking information, we won't be able to change your order.

Every Larimar piece is crafted by skilled artisans and carefully selected and prepared by our team in the Dominican Republic—where Larimar is found and where each piece begins its journey.

As our community continues to grow, we have expanded our logistics to better serve you. Some orders may ship from different locations depending on availability, always with the goal of delivering your piece as efficiently as possible.

Regardless of where your order ships from, every piece is first prepared by our team in the Dominican Republic before it reaches you.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and often sooner.

For faster delivery options, orders placed before 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are prioritized for same-day dispatch whenever possible.

Most orders ship within the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Most of our rings are unique pieces, and we only have one size in stock, that is, the one indicated in each item's description. However, if you like a specific ring and want it to be enlarged or reduced, we will resize it up to two sizes up or down at no additional cost. Please include a note when checking out with your size request. The resizing process increases your order's delivery time by 2 – 3 working days.

Custom-made items and resized jewelry are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to confirm all details before placing an order for custom or resized items.

Please select any size when placing your order. During checkout, add the specific size you want in the "notes" section. If you can't find where to add a note, simply reply to the order's confirmation email with your resizing request.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government applies duties and taxes on all imports, regardless of value. However, The Larimar Shop absorbs these fees as part of our commitment to providing a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.

You will not be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

For customers outside the U.S.:

Local duties and taxes may still apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are outside of our control and are usually collected by DHL upon delivery.

For more information, we recommend contacting your local Customs office. Please note that The Larimar Shop cannot reimburse duties or taxes paid outside the United States.

The Larimar Shop remains proudly based in the Dominican Republic, where every piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared by our team.

To improve delivery times for many of our customers, part of our inventory is now stored with a trusted logistics partner in the United States.

Because of this, some orders may ship from our logistics hub in Minnesota, while others continue shipping directly from the Dominican Republic.

Regardless of where your order ships from, every Larimar piece is first inspected and prepared by our team in the Dominican Republic.

All TLS shipments require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via UPS. Kindly note that The Larimar Shop will not change the shipping address upon request once an order is shipped. If you are unable to sign for the package please contact our service providers:

Most of our pieces are of a one-of-a-kind type; you'll receive the exact item shown in the pictures. For styles with more than one piece available, variations on the gemstone's hues and material texture are an essential part of the uniqueness of our jewels! Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.
