Whether you're buying Larimar for yourself or a gift for someone else, ordering is quick and easy.

Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (or click the cart icon in the top right corner of the website).
You can select shipping options and gift options during checkout, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses.
You can also review your order before it's final and make changes you like.
After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window. The confirmation message includes an order number. 

Within 24 hours, you receive an order confirmation email, which shows the same order number and links to your order status page on the website. You can check the status of your order anytime by signing into your account.

When your purchase has been shipped from our shop, you'll receive a second email with tracking details. For more information on order tracking, see "Track your order."

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Neteller, PO, Skrill, BANK Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

Items will be charged to your selected payment method once you place your order. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured that you will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each shipment.

What should I do if I need to cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify immediately, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Kindly note that once you receive your final confirmation email with tracking information, we won't be able to change your order.

We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped directly from the Dominican Republic within the 1 – 3 business days after placing your order.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days of order confirmation (including express shipping orders) unless otherwise indicated. Orders with ring resizing requests will take 2 - 3 additional business days to the regular processing time.

We always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible; if you have an emergency order that needs processing in less than what is outlined above, please contact us at, and we'll work our way to get your order delivered faster.

Will I need to pay import or duty taxes?

For countries outside the United States, please consider there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that The Larimar Shop does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please get in touch with your local customs office. Keep in mind that we cannot reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Kindly note The Larimar Shop is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.

Please note some locations outside the US are classified as remote zones by DHL; to these zones, we'll ship your package through the standard shipping option offered by USPS.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All TLS shipments require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via USPS. Kindly note that The Larimar Shop will not change the shipping address upon request once an order is shipped. If you are unable to sign for the package please contact our service providers:


DHL offers various delivery options - once your package has been picked up and scanned into their system, you can visit or call 1-800-225-5345 to coordinate a new delivery date or pickup location!


All sale items purchased during promotions, made-to-order pieces, and resized pieces are final sales and are not eligible for return. We accept returns on full-priced items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 30 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To return an item either for refund or exchange, please ship your parcel to the address below. Once you send your package out, please email us the tracking information; this last step is a must to avoid any delays in the process.

Please notice our courier partner in Florida will receive the return pieces and then ship them to the Dominican Republic; this will add 2-3 days before they get to the Dominican Republic.

What's the process to exchange my order?

If your item was purchased at full price and is unworn/unused within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible to return your item and exchange it for any other piece you like. We'll send you a discount code for the item price that can be redeemed on our website upon receipt.

Do you do repairs?

The Larimar Shop will repair items purchased through at no charge for up to one year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than one year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We will always do our best to repair your TLS piece. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at or call us at 809.222.4332 with a specific repair request to determine whether a repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


What currency are your prices in?

All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars (USD).

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if what I ordered looks different than the product photo?

Most of our pieces are of a one-of-a-kind type; you'll receive the exact item shown in the pictures. For styles with more than one piece available, variations on the gemstone's hues and material texture are an essential part of the uniqueness of our jewels! Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.

Can I order a custom piece?

We're not able to accommodate custom design at the moment, but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we add new Larimar pieces weekly, so you'll definitely find something you love!


Most of our rings are unique pieces, and we only have one size in stock, that is, the one indicated in each item's description. However, if you like a specific ring and want it to be enlarged or reduced, we will resize it at no additional cost. Please include a note when checking out with your size request. The resizing process increases your order's delivery time by 2 – 3 working days.

Please consider that we can only resize the rings two sizes up or down, and there's no return or exchanges on resized rings.
