Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at cust.serv@thelarimarshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack and ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us the tracking information to avoid delays.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please note that our courier partner in Florida will receive the return pieces and then ship them to the Dominican Republic; this will add 5–7 days before they get to the Dominican Republic.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, custom orders, and resized jewelry, items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

What happens after I ship my return?
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, as per your preference.
Can I exchange an item instead of requesting a refund?
Yes, exchanges are possible! If you know which item you'd like to exchange for, include the details in your return request email. This helps us process your exchange quickly. Please note that return shipping costs still apply, and an additional $15 shipping fee is required to send the new item to you.
If you prefer, we also offer store credit instead of a refund. This flexible option allows you to use the credit toward any future purchase, giving you the freedom to choose something that fits your style perfectly.

How long does the return and refund process take?
- Our courier partner in Florida will first receive the return.
- From there, it will be forwarded to the Dominican Republic, which adds an additional 3–5 days.
- Once the item arrives and is inspected, refunds or credits will be processed promptly.
How will I know if my return has been approved?
Once we inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your return. If approved, the refund or exchange process will proceed.
Can I return an item that has been resized or customized?
Unfortunately, resized or customized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
