REFUNDS

All sale items purchased during promotions, made-to-order pieces, and resized pieces are final sales and are not eligible for return. We accept returns on full-priced items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 30 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [customer service email] to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided and provide us with tracking information to follow up on the shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund minus the $25 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Please notice our courier partner in Florida will receive the return pieces and then ship them to the Dominican Republic; this will add 5-7 days before they get to the Dominican Republic.
When should I expect my refund?

Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned product at our workshop in the Dominican Republic.
