REFUNDS
All sale items purchased during promotions, made-to-order pieces, and resized pieces are final sales and are not eligible for return. We accept returns on full-priced items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 30 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at cust.serv@thelarimarshop.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided and provide us with tracking information to follow up on the shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please notice our courier partner in Florida will receive the return pieces and then ship them to the Dominican Republic; this will add 5-7 days before they get to the Dominican Republic.
