All sale items purchased during promotions, made-to-order pieces, and resized pieces are final sales and are not eligible for return. We accept returns on full-priced items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 30 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Qualified orders for free shipping are subject to a US $25 restocking fee on returned Larimar jewelry to cover initial shipping costs and handling. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To return an item either for refund or exchange, please ship your parcel to the address below. Once you send your package out, please email us the tracking information; this last step is a must to avoid any delays in the process.
