As you might already know, we are located in the beautiful Dominican Republic and all your orders are shipped from here. The Processing time of an order, that is, the time we usually need to prepare and have your order ready for shipping may vary between 1 to 3 working days.
All orders receive a complimentary upgrade to Express shipping so practically you will be enjoying your new Larimar jewels in just days! The delivery time can vary depending on the place you are located. Please refer to the following guide for reference.

If you have an emergency order that needs processing in less than what is outlined above, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll work our way to get your order delivered faster.
All orders are beautifully gift wrapped, packed in a small white box, decorated with an aqua blue lace or a raffia lace, to create an exciting moment when you or that person you have gifted with your order receive your package! In the box, we include a card with a brief history of the Larimar stone and care tips! The Larimar jewel is placed in a white organza pull pouch.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Order Status and Tracking
You’ll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
At The Larimar Shop we guarantee our jewelry, which is carefully handcrafted, selected with the best Larimar stone and silver work for our customers.
If not satisfied with the item purchased we accept the return of same, unused item(s) within 30 days of placing your order.
Once received, your item will be immediately inspected and upon acceptance, a refund (shipping fees not included) or exchange, whichever you’ve selected, will be promptly issued. A confirming email will be sent. Please note that any items showing signs of damage, wear or alteration (including re-sizing) cannot, regrettably, be accepted for return and will be returned to you.
If your original purchase included a promotional item subject to minimum purchase requirements, e.g., a Gift with Purchase, the promotional item must also be returned (in new and unused condition) in order to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, the returned item will be eligible for store credit only.
