Below Par - Disappointed

I rarely give 1-2 star reviews yet I do believe this deserves that. This company covers their tracks in saying no two are the same yet what they don’t share is the quality I received was maybe an B/A and there were scratches on it. It looked nothing like the picture and was poorly made for the cost. I was going to return it but their return policies are for the company, not the customer. They even note you foot the bill both ways and they have to approve the return. I did provide feedback in email and didn’t ask for a refund or exchange. I just gave feedback. The CEO reached and noted the ideas weren’t feasible like transparent photos or being able to choose. When you’re buying high end items: You choose. I lived and learned and I’ll never be back.

This pendant is so awesome. The colors of the gemstones are just beautiful and just love love love the unique design. This pendant sold out and this wonderful company and assistant (Ana) made one for me. I will treasure this pendant forever. Perfect fit and size.

My wife has an extensive Larimar collection so it’s tough to impress her. These teardrop earrings were ideal for her. They’re a little bit bigger so they are easy to see from a few feet away, but not so big as to be gaudy. Quality of the stone is excellent. Reasonable price given how much Larimar has gone up in recent years.
