How should I care for my Larimar jewelry?

To keep your Larimar jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals, and prolonged sun exposure. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store separately when not in use.

Below Par - Disappointed

I rarely give 1-2 star reviews yet I do believe this deserves that. This company covers their tracks in saying no two are the same yet what they don’t share is the quality I received was maybe an B/A and there were scratches on it. It looked nothing like the picture and was poorly made for the cost. I was going to return it but their return policies are for the company, not the customer. They even note you foot the bill both ways and they have to approve the return. I did provide feedback in email and didn’t ask for a refund or exchange. I just gave feedback. The CEO reached and noted the ideas weren’t feasible like transparent photos or being able to choose. When you’re buying high end items: You choose. I lived and learned and I’ll never be back.

We outline all policies clearly on our website, including that customers cover return shipping, which is standard for small businesses with limited inventory—especially for us, as we are based in the Dominican Republic and ship internationally. These policies help us continue offering high-quality, unique pieces while ensuring fair logistics for our customers and team. Every return request is carefully reviewed to ensure fairness on both sides.

Also, when a customer requests to see the pieces available before purchasing, we are always happy to share photos upon request, giving the customer the chance to choose. This pendant is so awesome. The colors of the gemstones are just beautiful and just love love love the unique design. This pendant sold out and this wonderful company and assistant (Ana) made one for me. I will treasure this pendant forever. Also the packaging that they do, is so pretty and makes the pendant more special. I love it all. I will for sure be buying more.
